When you contact us via WhatsApp, we may receive: your name, your WhatsApp phone number, the content of your messages, and any rental details you share (dates, vehicle preferences). We do not operate our own database for this data — communication occurs through Meta's WhatsApp Business API.
We use your data solely to: process your vehicle rental inquiry, confirm and manage your booking, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations.
Under GDPR (EU) 2016/679, Article 6(1)(b): processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party. Under Turkish KVKK Law No. 6698, Article 5/2(c): processing is necessary for the performance of a contract.
We use Meta Platforms, Inc. (WhatsApp Business API) to facilitate communication. Meta acts as a data processor. By contacting us via WhatsApp, you are also subject to Meta's Privacy Policy (https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy) and Terms of Service (https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/terms-of-service). We do not sell or share your data with any other third parties for marketing purposes.
We retain communication records for the duration of the business relationship and as required by Turkish commercial law (generally 5–10 years). You may request deletion at any time subject to legal retention requirements.
Under GDPR, you have the right to: access your data (Art. 15), rectify inaccurate data (Art. 16), erase your data (Art. 17), restrict processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and object to processing (Art. 21).
